"When I was considering joining Greek life, I wanted to join so that I could get involved on campus and meet other women who were passionate and valued the same things that I did. I can honestly say that joining Theta Phi Alpha has given me just that and more.

 

Theta Phi has given me endless opportunities to grow as a leader, stay true to my values, give back to the community with service and philanthropy, and be involved in something so much bigger than myself. Theta Phi Alpha has given me friends I can count on, a little who I’m proud of everyday, sisters to study abroad and go on adventures with, endless jokes and laughs, and friends to share my Friday nights with but also my Wednesday mornings studying with. It has given me confidence and people who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself.

 

I would have never thought coming into this chapter that I would soon become the president of this amazing group of women, but I am so happy that it did. These women inspire me every day and it is because of them that I am the woman I am today.

 

I don’t think I will ever be able to truly capture what Theta Phi Alpha means to me, but that’s the beauty of it. My sisters know me better than anyone else and the love I have for them is indescribable. I hope that you will be able to find your home away from home like I have found in Theta Phi Alpha."
